COLORSTEEL® for Insulated Panels has been specifically developed for insulated panel applications. It is comprised of either a traditional zinc-coated or Zincalume® steel substrate combined with a custom-formulated paint system. 

Ensure your insulated panels are made with genuine COLORSTEEL®. There are manufacturers across the country using COLORSTEEL® for Insulated Panels, including Metalcraft Insulated Panels, Freeman Group, Conqueror, Bondor and Expol.

Specifications

The COLORSTEEL® substrate used in the manufacturing process of coolroom insulated panels is galvanised G300 Z275 AS1397 steel. The COLORSTEEL® substrate used in the manufacturing process of interior/exterior structural insulated panels is Zincalume® G550 or G300 AZ150/AZ200 AS1397.
