Luxembourg Low Armchair by Fermob

In the 1920s the Luxembourg Low Armchair first appeared along the pathways of the famous Paris park from which it takes its name. It has since been redesigned by Frederic Sofia as part of the Luxembourg collection.

In the 1990s, at the request of the Jardin du Luxembourg, Fermob started manufacturing the armchair once again. Today, the Luxembourg low armchair continues to charm thanks to its numerous qualities: its lightness makes it easy to move it from one end of the garden to the other; its clever design includes accessories such as a headrest and low tables to create a lounge corner; and its practicality means it is perfectly stackable for easy storage.

Team with the Luxembourg Small Low Table and Foot Rest to create a relaxing outdoor seating space. Choose from one of the 24 fabulous colours or mix colours to compliment your own style.

Art is a question. Design must be an answer...

...according to Bernard Reybier CEO at Fermob. Design finds its ultimate expression to create stylish furniture that works with every lifestyle. The brand has also redesigned iconic furniture pieces such as the traditional folding Bistro chair of Paris, the famous chairs in the Luxembourg gardens and the 1900 scrolled garden furniture from the end of the 19th century. Like an exercise in style, these pieces of furniture have been modernised and developed to become collections in their own right
