For 100 years, logs from NZ's mightiest forests have been lying in rivers throughout Northland, once part of the 'old growth' forests that covered the entire region. Early in the 1800's settlers began harvesting these trees, floating them downstream to be milled. Some of these logs did not make it to the mill and found their resting place on the river bottom. The Woodsmiths have partnered with NZ Native Riverwood to bring this exclusive collection to the finest interiors NZ wide. Available in all our quality finishes, these benchtops are truly one of a kind. 

Timbers offered are: Rimu, Kauri, Totora, Matai & Kahikatea
