Our client needed a brand new kitchen build and breakout space to cater for over 200 staff. We delivered a design to contrast with the client’s formal and corporate brand to bring a fresh, clean and bright feel to the space. The client has a deep appreciation for staff and wanted to reflect that in what was incorporated into the space; with commercial ovens (they even have baking days for staff!), coffee machines, a bar area with beer taps, and a break out area.

Different zones and seating layouts were created to cater for people who want to utilise the space for either rest and relaxation, a private space to work, or to catch up and collaborate with colleagues. The multipurpose, multi-functional design was created to not only provide different functional spaces, but also to cater for high capacity at certain times of the day.
