Commercial success
We like to celebrate success and the results for Little Doves Childcare Centre in Albany gave us good reason. Our cost estimation for this project was within 2% of the tender price and the final build cost was 1% under budget.
Such positive outcomes can be put down to a collaborative team approach. Kristin School invited Kwanto to the table at the start. Being part of discussions with educators and designers in the early stages meant that costs were kept front of mind and solutions considered the budget.
The team approach continued into the construction stage of this functional space and Kwanto provided financial management services. Having an expert monitor and analyse costs throughout the project kept things under control and contributed to the successful delivery of the childcare centre.
