Our Avalon Project

Nestled on a steep coastal slope, this project demanded precision planning and execution. The steep gradient and limited access required innovative construction methods, but the reward was worth it, a stunning multi-level home that captures sweeping views and makes the most of every inch of the block. This project proves that even the most daunting land can deliver breathtaking results.


The Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Housing is the state’s most prestigious residential building award. It celebrates excellence in construction, innovation and quality in the building and construction industry in NSW. In 2018, we were delighted to be the recipients of the Excellence in Housing Award for our Avalon Tree House Project.


Our Como Project

Our Como project is a major renovation and front extension to an existing family home, uniquely positioned on a steep and difficult site overlooking the Georges River.

Designed and delivered by our team, this build was tailored for a family with two young children, balancing the need for functionality, safety, and comfort while maximising the spectacular river views. The steep terrain presented complexities that would intimidate many, but at Prescom, we specialise in tackling demanding sites with confidence and expertise.

The result? A home that steps down the land naturally, blending beautifully into its surroundings while offering our clients a home that’s both functional and striking.
