About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer will decide the overall marketing strategy for ArchiPro and will be responsible for its growth and financial performance. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth in New Zealand, Australia and very soon globally, with the purpose of driving both brand awareness and demand for a company's products and services. 

As a results-driven marketer with deep expertise in digital marketing you will guide the strategic direction and operational execution to help expand and scale our platform reach. Combining a breadth of marketing expertise and proven success in digital market expansion, you will be a key contributor to the teams across the organisation shaping the future of ArchiPro.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone from within the internet, software, marketplace, tech industries therefore the role is best suited to a technologist that uses more technology than ever before to deliver a remarkable brand experience. As a technologist, you have to orchestrate systems, workflows, and data at scale to the entire go-to-market plan.

Additionally, as a member of the executive team, the CMO needs strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a level of business acumen that enables you to effectively communicate with internal teams, the executive board, and external stakeholders to ensure the company is aligned in their marketing efforts and vision.


The Ideal Candidate 

This role lives at the critical junction of marketing strategy, people leadership, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is deeply interested in product, content, culture, and understands how to motivate a team to produce and amplify exceptional work that makes an impact and engages our community. 


  • Help guide a system and culture of content creation that embodies our brand provides value to our community, clients, and aligns with our larger business goals.
  • Drive growth and impact across all major international KPIs: users, community, client, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention
  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining our community, users and clients.
  • Set the strategy for audience engagement by building models, establishing targets, developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy
  • You will help drive the strategy for campaign programming from inception to implementation; securing requirements, managing reviews and approvals, actively finding solutions, challenging habits, and navigating complexities. 
  • Drive and maintain key metric reporting and cost analyses to help optimize and iterate on the content strategy and to devise go-to-market localisation efforts by market.
  • Select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop team members and department leaders. 
  • Build ArchiPro’s cultural relevance through the planning and execution of strategic events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
