Digital Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

The Marketing Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new business-to-business (B2B) sales leads to support ArchiPro’s internal Sales and Acquisition Marketing teams.

This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business growth via established channels (Social Media, LinkedIn etc) and increase inbound lead generation
  • Qualify leads through the sales funnel from Lead through to Sales Qualified leads.
  • Support sales team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.
  • Plan, create & implement new lead generation strategies and campaigns through established and new channels. Always be looking for the opportunities to grow ArchiPro’s inbound lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare and analyse marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and enhance Lead Nurture Journeys through HubSpot CRM and email marketing.
  • Work directly with the Heads of Performance Marketing to set quarterly & yearly lead generation KPIs - including lead volume through to customer and revenue targets.
  • Measure the performance of paid lead generation activity, producing regular performance reports to key stakeholders. Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Identify, brief and manage development of content required for lead generation campaigns and marketing assets, including videos, whitepages and testimonials etc.
