Digital Performance Manager

We are looking for a brilliant digital performance manager who is proven at effectively managing campaigns, optimising investment, ensuring exceptional platform discoverability and generating quality leads for our brand and on behalf of our clients. With full ownership of managing PPC, Display, SEO, and supporting Paid Social, you will analyse performance and look at ways to improve acquisition and conversion. You will strategically lead our roadmap in this space to deliver to the commercial targets we set ourselves each quarter and work closely with Dev, Brand and Content stakeholders to ensure digital optimisation. 



  • Create and implement a paid acquisition and conversion marketing plan across core digital channels, primarily PPC, SEO, Display, Online Video while supporting social channels, plus grow underutilised channels, such as Programmatic Display.

  • Manage campaign budgets across all channels to deliver highly optimised and effective campaigns.

  • Submit briefs for the creation of content assets appropriate for your channels that will deliver to campaign objectives and targets

  • Create and implement an organic acquisition and conversion marketing plan across all industry categories, using keyword, native content, and backlinking strategies to improve our ranking and meet aggressive growth targets across these

  • Continuously audit the ArchiPro platform and work closely with the Dev team to ensure our site is built with SEO best-practise and to ensure funnel conversion

  • Create or draft briefs to support the creation of highly relevant onsite content that delivers quality organic traffic

  • Act as business insights lead with ownership of key Brand performance reports and ad-hoc analytics and post-campaign analyses to recognise trends and inform marketing decision-making.

  • Manage external agency relationships where applicable to support our paid and organic performance requirements

  • Constantly review and understand customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviours and report back to wider business

  • Usage of key analytics platforms to assess and improve our performance 



  • At least five years experience in digital marketing & performance type roles

  • A proven track record of delivering amazing growth in previous roles - either for your business or on behalf of clients; previous experience within an agency environment is desirable

  • An undisputed expert in Google Analytics & Data Studio- analysing insights, creating and monitoring reports, delivering post-campaign analyses to know our business inside and out. 

  • Highly strategic, data-driven and analytical in approach - appetite for test-and-learn 

  • Google Adwords certification an advantage

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM an advantage

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with campaign implementation, budget planning and management, and analytics

  • The budgets in this area are some of the largest in our Brand mix - it is key that they are managed responsibly.  

  • An ability to use initiative and lead; work collaboratively with key stakeholders in business.
