Head of Client Services

About the Role

As the Head of Client Services, you are responsible for the successful delivery of our client experience at ArchiPro with a focus on developing long term strategic relationships with our clients in the industry, helping to grow their businesses and grow their spend with Archipro.

You will lead a team of Client Service professionals responsible for the day to day of our client experience while ensuring the senior members of this team are supported and enabled to meet their portfolio revenue targets, successfully renewing and growing their client spend.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising processes, ways of working and the systems in place across your team while running team and individual performance and development meetings to enable the business to be successful and meet targets while building a high performing team.

As the 2IC to the GM of Growth and Client Services, you will provide strategic support in developing and refining ArchiPro’s Client Experience strategy to ensure we are always increasing client satisfaction, keeping at the forefront of our clients’ marketing strategies, providing regular and importantly valuable communication and insight to them, successfully on-boarding and managing the in-life experience of our clients and ultimately nurturing clients so they renew and grow their business spend with ArchiPro.

You will need to have senior client facing, sales and leadership experience developing proposals and strategies for your clients and for your team providing your team with support in meetings including feedback around opportunities for growth and improvement.

ArchiPro is a digital product so you will need to have a strong understanding of the digital landscape as well as show an interest in the design and build community and what we’re aiming to achieve in it through our mission.
