About the role

You’ll support the design and marketing team with producing visually stunning content and engaging assets across a range of digital mediums (website, social media, email, presentations, editorial, events + more) for both internal brand projects and external client campaigns. You’ll be working closely with the senior designer to conceptualise ideas and deliver a final product, with the support and guidance of the creative team.

You’ll also:

  • Get hands-on experience delivering on design briefs
  • Become an expert at multitasking and time management
  • Have the opportunity to be mentored by industry experts
  • Collaborate with all departments of the company
  • Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for assets and campaigns
  • Use design systems, software and techniques
  • Take on board constructive feedback to iterate and refine concepts 

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic junior digital designer who is a self-starter and able to think innovatively and creatively. You also provide:

Small, big, fun and serious, you can come up with ideas that are unique yet work within the parameters of our brand. 

As a junior, we expect you to have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the industry. If you can prove to us you’ve got the skills, creativity and the right attitude then you’re on your way.

A Portfolio
A folio that showcases work you are proud of—whether that’s uni projects, personal projects or client work—we want to see it! 


Nice to haves: 

  • Can make your way around Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • A qualification in design or an equivalent
  • Competent in the Mac platform
  • Experience with animation and video editing is highly valued (Experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus)
  • An understanding of layout, colour, typography, and adhering to brand guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of Figma or a willingness to learn
