Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help scale the adoption and awareness of our brand, products and solutions. You will report directly to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing in our Auckland office. It’s an exciting time to join ArchiPro, with our recent expansion into Australia, and global expansion in the not too distant future.



  • Manage automated lifecycle email campaigns from start to finish including briefing, coding and reporting on performance
  • Analyse and report on our email performance and suggest improvements
  • Support the wider team with requested CRM tasks in HubSpot Sales & Service
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Assist Head of Lifecycle Marketing where needed with the implementation of the full strategy


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, with a minimum of one year’s experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, email coding experience preferred
  • An analytical mind and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Great attention to detail
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do attitude and be flexible ‘go with the flow’ to change
