Marketing Manager

With headquarters in Auckland, we are actively working to grow our national reach and bring the future of online publishing to a nationwide audience.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven marketer with deep expertise in digital marketing and to guide the strategic direction and operational execution to help expand and scale our platform reach. Combining a breadth of NZ marketing expertise and proven success in digital market expansion, you will be a key contributor to the teams across the organization shaping the future of ArchiPro.

The goal? To establish ArchiPro as the leading platform for connecting homeowners with products and professionals for their building project.

This role lives at the critical junction of marketing lead, creative operations and program management. The ideal candidate is deeply interested in content and culture, and understands how to motivate a team to produce and amplify exceptional work that makes an impact and engages our community.

  • Develop and maintain a system and culture of content creation that embodies our brand, provides value to our community and aligns with our larger business goals
  • Drive campaign programming from inception to implementation; securing requirements, managing reviews and approvals, actively finding solutions, challenging habits, and navigating complexities.
  • Partner with team members to analyze and evaluate workflows and recommend operational enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Bring a passion for innovation and content management, capable of partnering with others to develop requirements and project managing those solutions through to successful implementations

  • Drive key metric reporting and cost analyses to help optimize and iterate on the content strategy and to devise go-to-market localization efforts by market.
  • Select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop team members. Mentor to support their performance and development
  • Build ArchiPro’s cultural relevance through the planning and execution of strategic events and partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of projects from start to finish and compile on-going reporting
  • Utilize consumer insights to get a deeper understanding of our consumer and develop insight-driven marketing
  • Maintain current knowledge of local cultural trends and media consumption patterns 
  • Drive growth and impact across all major international KPIs: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention
  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining users and customers.​​​​​

 

Skills and experience

  • 5 - 7+ years of broad-based and digital marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech or a closely related industry
  • Deep knowledge across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Experience building, launching, and scaling products. Proven record of developing and executing new content series and content partnerships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias towards action
  • Innovative and culturally attuned content perspective. Experience working at a media brand, preferably across various mediums and styles including tech, lifestyle, news, etc.
  • Experience working in all of the following: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, AdWords Editor.
  • Deep understanding of performance tracking and ROI analysis; you should be very comfortable working in Excel/Google sheets and building reports and dashboards for measuring ad effectiveness
  • Structured thinking and strong ability to communicate plans and performance to multiple audiences
  • Possess a deep understanding of digital advertising, inclusive of campaign management and creative delivery. 
  • Familiarity with project management software and how to use it to drive transparency around goals, deliverables, and due dates (e.g., Hubspot, Slack, GSuite, Jira, Monday.com).
