Product Marketing Manager

The Role

ArchiPro is looking for an experienced product marketing professional to join as our Product Marketing Manager. 

In this newly created role, we are looking for someone who is familiar with establishing new product marketing systems and processes required to maximise our ArchiPro product initiatives.

You will be comfortable operating autonomously and confident in your ability to introduce new methods and approaches that help us engage with our users more effectively. This is a blank slate for you to have a real impact on the business.

Working across a range of ArchiPro platform features, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple communication strategies for internal teams and external users in order to successfully launch products and drive adoption.

As a multi-market platform with global aspirations beyond Australasia, managing product marketing communications across multiple countries will come naturally to you. With an established footprint in New Zealand and a recent launch into Australia, you’ll be confident in growing existing market share while also launching into new markets, cementing early user adoption and platform growth as we scale.

Build better products by representing the market back to the various product teams, while also helping users better understand our product solutions and why they are valuable.

This role will require you to gain a deep understanding of both our clients and end-users as they look to connect and engage through the platform. Leading outbound go-to-market strategies that optimise for growth, adoption, and user value will be a key skill.

The successful candidate will develop data driven growth strategies and market segmentation, compile market feedback and help drive product enhancements across the range of features ArchiPro has to offer.

This two sided marketplace requires you to have an adept understanding of how to communicate product value with both B2B and B2C users, ensuring the tone, channel and messaging is suited to the audience.



User Profiles and Demographics 

  • Work with Product to clearly identify both B2B and B2C user segments in order to assist with continuous product improvement
  • Have a clear understanding of the needs and wants of each user group (B2B/ B2C) and what they seek to achieve when using the ArchiPro platform
  • Contribute industry insights to help refine user segments and guide product direction
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, their challenges, and how our product can deliver value and delight to solve these challenges

Product communications

  • Be accustomed to crafting communications for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Manage communication plans for new product releases and updates
  • Build a product marketing communications strategy in line with scheduled launch dates
  • Communicate value about new product features in order to drive growth and user adoption, leveraging emotional message marketing to strike a chord
  • Have a clear understanding of what B2B users need to know about the product (and what it does) in order to make informed purchase decisions


  • Manage internal enablement, training, and segment-specific product messaging
  • Communicate with the internal Client Services team to educate about new features
  • Develops communication tools and assets for the sales and client retention teams, aligning the communications across all ArchiPro business units
  • Translate key value propositions to support team conversations with clients 
  • Consider critical enablement factors that will drive successful product adoption outcomes 

Marketing Deliverables

  • Strategise and manage production for internal and external product marketing collateral
  • Establish Product Marketing KPIs that align with the business goals and platform use
  • Create strong product positioning and messaging that resonates with target users
  • Deliver growth plans for both the B2C and B2B audiences, leveraging existing platform users to create opportunities for viral product promotion

Product feedback and discovery

  • Work closely with marketing, product management, engineering, product design, user research and sales on a daily basis. Product marketers often provide a balanced unbiased point of view across cross functional teams to help drive impact for both the product and the company.
  • Work with existing systems and establish new ones to collect, collate and communicate customer feedback that helps to identify areas of product opportunity 
  • Work in with Product to collect early market feedback to help enhance the platforms features and add value to the user experience
  • Learn from previous launch strategies to improve the way in which we connect and resonate with users

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working within the Saas/Paas, technology and product marketing space
  • Experience introducing, communicating and establishing product marketing processes within a business
  • Experience with launching innovative products in line with business objectives
  • The ability to work independently, solve problems and manage schedules
  • Open and effective communication style and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from users, and summarising usage trends to inform product decisions


Preferred qualifications

  • Proven experience of making evidence-based decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
  • Comfortable and capable in turning data into insights with a knowledge of analytic and numerical methods
  • Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment
  • An interest in renovations or new builds - both residential and/ or commercial
