Sales Manager - AU

As a Sales Manager at ArchiPro you are the lead for your team and 2IC to the Sales Director for new business for ArchiPro. Your primary goal is to strategically lead your immediate sales team, leading from the front developing and executing sales strategies (aligned with the broader business strategy,) ensuring your team meets the agreed revenue targets and key KPIs and that you are developing and growing the individuals in your team.

You will need to implement and optimise processes, ways of working and the systems in place for your team while running team and individual performance and development meetings to enable the business to grow and meet targets while building a high performing team. You will need to monitor and report back on team activity, addressing poor performance with coaching and development and at times performance improvement plans.

As a senior member of the team you will provide strategic support for the Sales Director in developing, refining and optimising training, onboarding and operational documentation including sales qualification, lead generation, pitching, scripting, closing and sales support documentation including FAQs and objection handling - supporting your manager in the successful recruitment, on-boarding and performance management of your team.

You will provide weekly reporting to your manager on team performance including plans for how you plan to close any gaps to meet the agreed targets.

 As a Sales Manager you will need to have strong commercial and sales acumen, with an in-depth understanding of the ArchiPro offering, our competitors, the industry and market trends.

You will need to have senior sales and client facing experience developing proposals and strategies for your clients and for your team providing your team with support in meetings including feedback around opportunities for growth and improvement. You will be measured on your team's ability to meet their revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing your and your team's time, goals and will need to be self motivated to reach and exceed these.

ArchiPro is a digital product so you will need to have a strong understanding of the digital landscape as well as show an interest in the design and build community and what we’re aiming to achieve in it through our mission.
