At just 90cm wide, this cooker packs in two cast-iron ovens, one for roasting and baking, and the other for simmering.
It also has an AGA hotplate, which can be set to boiling or simmering, a useful tall warming oven, and your choice of warming plate or state-of-the-art two-zone induction hob with a bridging feature.
As with every AGA cast-iron cooker, eR3 90 puts useful heat into the room, meaning you get that lovely, cosy AGA warmth.

KEY FEATURES
HOTPLATE
The hotplate operates using a powerful heating element and can be set to either the boiling or simmering setting. Around the outside of the actual hotplate is a further usable cooking area. This area can be used to simmer when the hotplate is set to boil, and as a warming plate when the hotplate is in a simmering setting. When set to boiling setting the hotplate reaches temperature in around 15 minutes from cold, while the simmering setting reaches temperature in around 12 minute
Hotplate settings:
Boiling function - The boiling plate is the hotter of the two settings. From cold, the boiling plate takes approximately 15 minutes to reach its operating temperature.
Simmering function- The simmering plate is the cooler of the two settings. From a cold start, the simmering plate will achieve its operating temperature in about 12 minutes.
INDUCTION HOTPLATE (Hob Option)
AGA induction hotplates feature a two-zone large pan area suitable for two pans, or an induction suitable with a griddle plate, fish kettle, or other large cookware.

WARMING PLATE (Hob Option)
The warming plate gives you an additional surface for staging food keeping food ready to serve. It acts as a source of gentle heat, ideal for warming a teapot or plates, even melting butter, chocolate, warming plates, or proving bread. Use the heat from the Warming Plate to keep your food at the optimal serving temperature and free from drying out.
CAST-IRON OVENS
This cooker has two cast iron ovens located on the left-hand side and controlled by rotary control, as well as an additional option of a programmer/timer device for the top oven. Using the control knob on the far left of the top plate, the top oven can be set to roasting, baking, or the off setting. The roasting and baking settings can be achieved from cold in around one hour. The lower simmering oven can also be up to full temperature in around one hour. The baking setting will provide a 'warm to touch' feel.
TALL WARMING OVEN
The tall warming oven is located on the right of the cooker and is operated by a separate switch on the top-right. The warming oven features a large plate rack, which can hold 12 large dinner plates for warming prior to serving, and the shelf accommodates half-size AGA roasting tins and baking trays. The tall warming oven also provides space for keeping saucepans warm and could be used as a built-in storage space when not in use.
