Native to NZ. Chocolate brown to green leaves on a neat compact shrub. Mildly fragrant star-shaped yellow flowers in Spring, followed by red berries in Autumn. Responds well to clipping. Great for hedging. Tolerates dry, coastal, exposed or windy sites but, not wet soils. Full sun or semi-shade. Hardy. Evergreen.

Recommended spacing = 60cm = 1m.
