Our pods are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight.

Foam is a synthetic product that may have a slight odor when first opened, known as off-gassing. This is normal and will fade over time.
To comply with Australian Law, the outside zipper pull is removed and can be opened with a paperclip.
