Having introduced steam into the private kitchen twenty years ago, we have relentlessly refined it. Our latest, larger combi-steam ovens offer today’s private chef assistance via adjustable automatic programs, exceptionally accurate temperature control and an automated cleaning system. The handle-free doors proudly protrude from the wall and are opened by a simple touch of the intuitive TFT touch display. Expansive in both size and capability, the 400 series combi-steam ovens, are available in 60 cm and 76 cm widths.

A host of innovations have made the combi-steam oven ever more desirable. Automatic programmes offer culinary assistance that is entirely adjustable by the chef via the intuitive TFT controls. The 3-point core temperature sensor is accurate to a degree and revises the cooking times as the dish is cooking. Water tanks have been enlarged, made more accessible and alert the chef when they require attention.

Four humidity levels can be combined with temperatures of up to 230 °C, meaning that these ovens can do everything: steaming, baking, simmering, braising, regenerating, extracting juice, as well as grilling and browning. And thanks to accurate temperature regulation food can even be cooked sous-vide. Plus a fully automatic cleaning system that can be easily operated at the push of a button.Water tank for fresh and wastewater
