Herki Runner - Adiba
Adiba is a very striking vintage knotted pile runner.
This runner was made in the mid 20th Century and is in original condition. It originates from the Herki people who are of Kurdish descent and their homelands are the mountainous regions of Eastern Turkey, Iran and Iraq.
This runner has had a long and happy life and as such has had some repairs made to it. These add to its character and history.

YUVA (formally Mary Kelly Kilims) was originally established in 1995 by Mary Kelly. Mary's daughter in law, Harriet Kelly joined the business in 2019 and has since transformed YUVA into what it is today. Harriet now runs YUVA, carrying on Mary's adoration and deep knowledge of Turkish homewares.
