Wood is a living material changing imperceptibly over time. All wood reacts to sunlight, humidity, temperature and can vary in grain pattern and colouration. This oak version is untreated and easily absorbs dirt and grease. Clean only with warm soapy water and apply this on the entire surface. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. The grains of oak might raise when in contact with water. Use fine sandpaper to smoothen the surface if needed.
