Lias was designed by Gino Carollo for Bonaldo of Italy. "Lias", a dialect form of the word layers, is the term used in European geology to indicate the early Jurassic period, when the earth's stratification was formed - and layers are what define the design of this chair. The border follows the entire silhouette of the seat and back, with two lips which draw out its contour: a tailoring detail which emphasises the comfort granted by the generous padding.
Available in leather, eco-leather or fabric. Legs are available to order in wood (natural ash, grey ash, walnut ash); painted metal (white, anthracite, dove grey, black, bordeaux, racing green or coffee brown) or special metal finishes (black nickel, copper or brass) - please enquire.
