About Unikko

Maija Isola laid the foundation for Marimekko as a print house. When Armi Ratia banned flower patterns at Marimekko, Isola rebelled and painted a complete collection of graphic, pop-art-inspired floral fabrics. Among them was Unikko, which has been continuously printed since its launch.

The Marimekko Unikko Greige rug, features Marimekko's iconic pattern in contrasting cream, black and a neutral grey-beige. This iconic design effortlessly blends versatility with sophistication, making it the perfect addition to any contemporary home decor scheme.
