Scope of use
  • This product must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and current local and national building regulations.
  • This heated towel ladder is electric and requires a transformer to function. The transformer is not included and must be sourced separately.
  • We recommend consulting your licensed electrician regarding transformer requirements.
  • This heated towel rail operates on 12 V AC and draws 20W. It must be connected via a safety isolating transformer (SELV) compliant with (AS/NZS 61558). Ensure the transformer provides a constant 12 V AC output.
  • If you are installing more than one heated towel rail, please consult your electrician as transformer requirements will differ.
