Oak Vintage 1950's Noir | Timber Flooring

Noir is full of contrasts, like the decade itself. You simply can't ignore it. Where the saw left marks, the light refracts against the dark, nearly black surface, to create subtle reflections. If you look carefully, you will notice warm tones of brown and auburn with a hint of copper. The floor can be sensual like Marylin Monroe’s curvy figure or minimalist like Audrey Hepburn’s outfits depending on the accessories.

Vintage Series is a two-layer oak floor with a custom design, like a tasteful blend of styles creating a unique composition. The individual elements are decorated with three different types of finishes - from brushing to original planing of the surface to delicate saw marks. There are also natural features of oak flooring, light cracks and natural cavities in the raw material. The whole floor is protected with four layers of oil-wax and finished with a four-sided bevel.
