Adds Value to Your Home: Granite countertops are considered a luxury feature in homes and can significantly enhance the resale value of a property. Their timeless appeal and durability make them an attractive investment for homeowners looking to upgrade their kitchen or bathroom countertops.

Hardness and Durability: Granite is renowned for its hardness and durability, making it resistant to scratches and stains. However, it is important to note that lighter Granites can be less durable in high use areas than darker Granites.

Easy Maintenance: While granite should be properly sealed to prevent staining, once sealed, it requires minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water is usually sufficient to keep it looking beautiful. Periodic re-sealing helps maintain its stain resistance.
