MDF is an excellent substrate that can be combined with any of our acoustic perforations and then with Big River Panels factory applied UV paint for a high quality finish that can be matched to suit any interior. The panels are instantly dried and UV cured in a controlled environment, eliminating dust contamination and handling damage. The reduced waste and overspray means a better impact on the environment and the off-site application makes it ideal as a solution for Green Buildings.
Our Paintline provides a premium finish that is a hard wearing, high impact surface with superior scratch resistance. The high speed processing time means we can offer a faster turnaround and more cost effective pricing.
