RL20 Hydrocoat is a grey two-part water-based epoxy membrane. It can be used as a primer or a sealer for concrete, masonry, fibrocement and other cementitious surfaces. It is UV stable, can be used in both interior and exterior applications, and displays excellent resistance to most chemicals, oils, and solvents. It can be used to seal concrete floors against hydrostatic pressure, dampness and seepage.
