Box Ready Mastaline
Siniat’s primarily manufacturers and sources a comprehensive range of compounds, adhesives, cements and sealants for fixing, setting, jointing, and sealing of wall and ceiling linings.
Our jointing compounds include chemical set bedding compounds, premixed air-dried finishing and multi-purpose compounds and specialty joint fillers.
We have stud adhesive for fixing plasterboard to both timber and metal framing and a range of cements for back-blocking; fixing cornice and other decorative features; fixing plasterboard to masonry; repair patching along with fire and acoustic sealant and wet area plasterboard sealant.

Boxs Ready MastaLine Joint Compound Bucket

Applications:
- Pump straight from the bucket into the box or automatic taping tool.
- Apply the compound to the wall using appropriate setting method (box, taping tool, corner tool, etc).
- Ensure sufficient compound under paper tape for maximum adhesion.
- Excessive thinning may cause cracking or increased shrinkage. Do not mix with any other material.
- Ensure adequate ventilation for optimum drying time.
- When using Box Ready Mastaline for all three coats, joints must be backblocked.
- Siniat paper tape is recommended for use with Box Ready Mastaline.
- For a stronger joint, use Siniat paper tape and Mastabase/Longset or Mastatape Universal for the first two coats, with Box Ready Mastaline as the final coat.
- Allow to dry completely between coats. We recommend 24 hours. Drying time will depend on the weather.
- Sand with 180 to 220 grit sand paper.
- Works well with most types of decorative finishes.
