The lock features a hidden key override for added peace of mind, alongside robust data capacity with space for 200 fingerprints, 150 passwords, and 150 cards. Its IP55 rating ensures durability against the elements, although it is not suitable for high salt or sulphur environments. Please note that this lock is not suitable for outward opening doors without weather protection, as the inside of the lock is not waterproof. Only the exterior of the lock is IP rated, ensuring durability against the elements when properly sheltered. The lock operates on 6V/4 x AA alkaline batteries (not included), boasting a 50% longer battery life compared to similar products. For enhanced connectivity, a separately sold Smart Hub allows multiple locks to be controlled within a 10-metre range, making it perfect for modern smart home setups.
