Embracing a subtle nod to the 70's in colour and the imperfect style of Wabi Sabi, the Abaca rug is the ultimate design for laid back living, further embodied by the plush, cut pile which gives the design its shaggy appearance.

• Handwoven with thick yarns of raw wool that has been imbued by nature and interpreted by our weavers hands, each piece results in a one-of-a-kind finish.
• The size and colour may present a 5-10% industry standard variance.
• Organic natural material can appear in raw undyed wool. Our Raw Collection rugs are considered 'high shed' rugs

Tribe Home supports Care & Fair's human project, which works towards terminating unjust practice in India. Each rug has the Care and Fair label to indicate the products ethically support fair wages, trade and conduct.

Samples and Viewing

Most of the Tribe Home rugs can be viewed, by appointment, in a showroom in Eden Terrace, Auckland. For some rugs we can send a small loan sample directly to your home, so you can see it in the very space you intend for it to go. It's the easiest way to shop for rugs, no matter where you are in New Zealand. Please contact us to find out options for viewing the floor rugs you are interested in, or for more information.
