Infinity™

Introducing Infinity™; the latest co-extruded bamboo-plastic composite innovation from Eva-Las®. Over a decade of product search, optimisation and extensive testing led Eva-Last® to the development of this engineered protective cap. The outer layer safeguards our boards from UV, biodegradation and weathering. The process used in the manufacture of Eva-Tech® core provides variable and authentic colour finishes that mimic the natural beauty of wood. The Infinity™ cap shields the board providing improved colour fade resistance. Infinity™ products are designed to withstand extreme climatic conditions.

The Infinity™ capping mapes Eva-Last® composite decking hard-wearing, scratch resistant and UV resistant - essential for high-traffic surfaces. 

Eva-Tech® Core

At the heart of all Eva-Last® composite boards is a fusion of two tenacious materials; recycled high-density polyethylene and FSC® approved bamboo fibres from the foundation of our products. Engineered additives and stabilisers assist in providing a material designed to last for decades.

How it's Made
  •  Eva-Last® starts with a unique combination of bamboo fibre and recycled Polyethylene pellets to create the ideal mixture.
  •  Intense heat and pressure are applied to form a large, continuous block of composite material.
  •  Each colour is artistically blended as the composite is molded into its final shape.
  •  The dual-surfaced board is then embossed with two distinct grain patterns
  •  In the final stage, the co-extruded composite is cooled and then cut to length.
