1. Use low impact cleaning methods. Vinyl responds best to a mild method of cleaning, stick to daily sweeping and/or vacuuming – and mop sparingly as required;

2. Less is more. Vinyl won’t react well to being totally drenched, as water may seep into the cracks and break down the glue that holds the vinyl down. Instead, use a damp mop – but remember to rinse well to remove all traces of soap; and,

3. Prevent dents by placing floor protectors on any heavy appliances, tables, or stool or chair legs.
