Mood Dining Chair by Tribu

The airy design and the warm combination of teak and earthbrown straps, give the Mood collection an amazingly natural charm. The backs are handwoven with Tricord yarn that consists of polyolefin and polyester. The material is weather-resistant, but has nevertheless a very natural look and feel. The soft, rounded design of the table and chairs will immediately create an intimate atmosphere on your patio.

Frame : plantation teak from East-Java, every part is handpicked during the cutting process of the tree.

Back : weaving with Tricord® on an aluminium powdercoated frame Tricord consists of an indestructible polyester core and an outside covering of weather resistant polyolefin. It is the ultimate combination of the strength of polyester and the natural look and feel of polyolefine: strong on the inside, soft on the outside. Tricord is exclusively designed for Tribù and is UV-, mildewand rot resistant. The backs can be replaced individually.

We are extremely lucky to have fostered strong relationships with renowned international furniture brands and designers including Molteni & C, Timothy Oulton, Dedon and Tribu. Buying directly from international suppliers enables us to remove the added layers of costs and complexity so we can pass the savings on to the consumer.

What is great quality?

We believe it is a fine balance of design and materials. That is why prior to adding any product collections we meet the artisans in their workshops and factories anywhere they manufacture around the world, which involves us spending up to 3 months a year travelling to Asia and Europe. All too often we have been shown cheaper items but they turn out to be inferior. All our staff are highly trained professionals who can tell you about our furniture in detail.
