Cons

• Compared to some paints like latex paint, they have limited choices for color
• They are more expensive per square footage coverage
• When working with these paints, drips are pretty tricky to wipe and can take away the smoothness of an even coverage
• Spray paints need a ventilated area to work in, and they cannot be used as interior paints
• Since they are oil-based, therefore clean up on the hands calls for powerful exfoliation or mineral spirits
