We are a small studio aiming to create interiors that are personalised, classic and unique.

Process:

While every project is different our interior design process can best be described as below:

  1. Initial consult: The initial briefing involves getting a full understanding of your interior design consultancy requirements. From this meeting we prepare a specific fee proposal that provides you with a full outline of our fees and the process.
  2. Fee proposal :  This documents in detail the interior scope and works as briefed along with our fees for each area of works.
  3. A full briefing  / consultation : Upon confirmation of the fee proposal a full briefing would be carried out, this would include imagery and ideas on how you would like your home to look and feel.
  4. Key Interior design consultancy areas:
    1. Interior Scheme and ‘Look book’ : The start of the process starts with the interior scheme - this becomes the backbone to the look and feel for your home and will cover all areas of your interiors including colours, flooring, features, kitchen and bathroom materials and finishes, window treatments, and the palette for furnishing. Upon confirmation of the scheme,  we provide specification of finishes documentation for your construction team.
    2. Kitchen and bathrooms : Kitchens and bathroom design and layout are so crucial to the flow and functionality of a home.  We provide initial sketch concepts which are developed into detailed CAD drawings along with specification of finishes documentation. This documentation enables you to get pricing from cabinet-makers and provides necessary details for your construction team.
    3. Soft fit-out: This includes all other areas of your build or renovation such as furniture, lighting and window treatments. This involves both items from established and reputable retailers and bespoke, individually designed pieces.  Our proposals include quotes for all items, extending best prices possible.
  5. Design management : If required we would be available to manage the design process. This would involve site visits and briefing necessary tradespeople / installers throughout your renovation.
  6. Procuring : Throughout your renovation and for every aspect of the project once design elements are agreed, quotes will be provided and we will manage the ordering, manufacturing and delivery of these items for you.
