Tomik Architectural Builders

Tomik is a medium sized construction company based on Waiheke Island with two directors that personally deal direct with clients and architects. We specialise in Full Contract Residential Construction and often work on negotiated contracts or a Cost Plus (charge up) basis. All pricing and tendering is carried out in house by the principals of the company.

We have a highly skilled team of 17 employees and can confidently manage three or four projects at any one time, pending their scope of works. We have a full time Construction Manager who works closely with our three competent site foreman. We also engage a part time accounts administrator to manage the financial side of our business.

Established in 2004 Tomik Ltd is the creation of the 2 directors who together have a 24 year working relationship. We specialise in Executive Level New Architectural houses and High Quality Renovations and Extensions.
