The customer came to our factory to see what we did over 18 months ago. They liked our ability to be flexible and work in with their design requests, requirements and make practical suggestions about how to run their hot tub in a batch scenario with the least amount of effort and all the control necessary to make it work as they wanted.

The hot tub is next to the sea so needed to be fitted with 316 stainless bands to prevent rusting and ensure the look of the tub is retained for its entire life. 

Between committing to a Colonial hot tub and manufacturing the tub we incorporated the plug and play hot tub to the fleet and with that came a raft of improvements to make the tubs more user friendly. In this case, the UV ozone set up will keep bugs at bay year-round with a small amount of Bromine in the water thus ensuring that if the tub was left for long periods it could easily be shocked back into life with non-chlorine oxy shock. 

We also used wifi connectivity to give the customer complete control over the hot tub from anywhere in the world via his phone app. This allows every function on the hot tub to be adjusted including the temperature which means that the water will always be up to temperature when they arrive and not the next day. 

The deck is finished with raised tiles scribed to the hot tub making the single-step an easy option to get in and out of the tub. We made a second trip to site after installation to run over the basic requirements of running the tub and to make sure the customer was 100% satisfied with to job.
