The scope for this tub was interesting in that the customer wanted to avoid an in ground pool and associated costs. The tub also needed to perform two functions by being a plunge pool in the summer and transforming into a hot tub in the winter. The running costs of which are minimised by the 8.8 Kw heat pump that is the most cost-effective way to heat a pool. 

The design has been facilitated by Andy Hamilton, a Landscape Architect who has worked well to avoid pool fencing and create a space that really compliments the look and feel of a hot tub. 

The hot tub is sanitised with Bromine and a very effective ozone maker from Novozone. The water being circulated efficiently using a two-speed Spanet water pump that efficiently moves the water to the heat pump and back using insulated piping.  The access was tight but we managed to lift the tub in with a hiab for ease of installation. The result is a pool for all seasons that is easy to maintain and efficient to run.
