BCG CONSTRUCTION meticulously planned and executed the build, navigating the complexities of a flood-prone site. Cyclone Gabrielle tested these efforts early on, reinforcing the importance of proactive water management. Extensive earthworks ensured optimal drainage, while robust foundations – including a waffle slab and pilings – provided structural resilience.
