A stunning waterfront villa renovation on Milford Beach, transforming a 255m2 home into a luxurious 403m2 family residence with modern functionality, extensive landscaping, and sympathetic finishes.
This beautiful waterfront villa, situated right on Milford Beach, was in need of a full renovation to bring it back to life. Jones Architects were commissioned for this project and transformed it from a 255m2 to 403m2 stunning home suitable for a busy family lifestyle. Rooms were added in two front wings as well as the rear of the house, and the second floor. The entire interior was redesigned and renovated, a new copper roof installed and extensive landscaping including a new in ground pool, logia and superior timber decking levels, completed this luxurious home. All finishes were selected and sourced by Celine at CV Interiors, and are sympathetic to the era of the home, while providing luxurious, modern functionality at every point.
