The appliances are from Fisher & Paykel, including an induction cooktop, dual oven, dish drawer, and fridge, which complete the kitchen. As an added convenience, the Showhome also includes an adjoining scullery/walk-in pantry with sink and brushed brass tapware from Harrison Bloy, as well as LED lighting around the cabinetry.

The bathroom fittings and tapware from Harrison Bloy make the family bathroom unique, with a handcrafted freestanding bath, backlit LED mirror, and porcelain tiles on walls and floor. The separate guest toilet is also spacious and attractive, featuring brushed brass fittings and tapware, backlit LED mirror, and porcelain tiles on walls and floor.

The fitted laundry has a bespoke design by Mal Corboy, with fittings from Harrison Bloy and brushed brass fittings and tapware.

Throughout the home, the door hardware has architectural fittings and precision magnetic tubular latches.
