Externally, the project is defined by its striking upper floor—wrapped in interlocking Colorbond cladding, paired with custom window shrouds. The original home was meticulously refurbished, including restoration and rebuilding of the ornate heritage ceilings.
Internally, the hero of the home is the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling joinery and stunning Lorde White marble, the space is brought to life by a perfectly aligned skylight—designed to visually extend the joinery line.

Stand out features such as Verias Green brushed marble and thoughtfully placed skylights throughout were used to enhance natural light and points of interest.
Working closely with DOOD Studio and the client, the result is a seamless blend of old and new—delivered with precision, creativity, and respect for the home’s original charm.
