By Colonial Hot Tubs
This project was completed whilst the customer was returning from overseas. There was a requirement for the tub to be integrated into the deck and to match the surrounding materials as much as possible. A grey mist colour was chosen to blend with the surrounding concrete, galvanised steel, and eventual silver deck.
The customer is time poor so an Ultrazone ozone/UV sanitation system has been incorporated with a Bromine back up to ensure that if left for long periods without attention the hot tub water will be in pristine condition. The designer was keen that we maximise the wine barrel look of the hot tub when viewing from the house. This meant a very compact plumbing system that did not compromise performance.
A very small Hiab from Skyhooks was used to lift the tub into position successfully with very little room to spare and the finishing of the deck around the tub is of a quality to match this premium inner-city pad.
