Situated in Jack’s Point, one of the most popular suburbs in the Queenstown Basin, this Dravitzki Brown designed home is perfectly positioned to take advantage of solar gain, all while capitalising on the enormous views of the rugged Remarkables mountain range.

Completed in 2021 by BMB Building, this property spared no expense. Enormous tilt slab cement throughout the home tested the capacity of the highest-powered crane in the South Island. This, paired with coreten steel, western red cedar and eurotray, aides in giving this home an industrial feel. Inside features polished concrete floors, a motorised kitchen island, Haast Rimu furniture and triple glazing throughout.
