A stunning pavilion nestled among 36 protected kohekohe trees, designed to maximize sunlight and enhance views, while ensuring careful site protection through collaboration with Tend Tree Consultants.

‘A pavilion within in a grove of 36 protected kohekohe and other natives. Getting any available sun in, was one of the challenges and building to respond to the beautiful, tall, trunk views from within and outside the house. We so enjoyed this job, working with the Tend Tree consultants, who carefully reported and will project manage site protection throughout, of the extensive root zones radiating from the base of each tree.’

“We highly recommend Rosalind. She carefully listened to what our requirements were and came up with great design solutions we had not thought of. We are delighted with Rosalind’s architecture of the new wing on our house, a lobby area at the back and our wonderful deck from the front wing to the back wing of the house. Little children love playing in our big house now.”
