We were asked to design a unique, modern home celebrating natural materials, that maximized the clients long skinny site, is private (despite close proximity to neighbours) with minimal wasted circulation space and a layout that ensures all members have their own space while retaining a close-knit family feel.

Strict covenants and a small site meant thinking outside of the box was necessary.  The beautiful cladding on the home commands a lot of attention from passersby.  Natural materials and custom fittings are celebrated throughout the house providing a creative yet restful environment.
