De La Mer features two three-story apartment blocks as a gateway to a thoughtfully designed community, including terrace houses and two-story apartments, seamlessly integrating with the Orewa neighborhood.
This development consists of two three-story apartment blocks on the street frontage which act as a ‘gateway’ to the remaining development. Behind these are a mix of terrace houses, two-story apartments and parking. The lower-scale development at the rear of the site integrates well with the surrounding neighbourhood without dominating it.
