After finding the perfect location in the heart of Whangarei to open their new Dental Practice, Megan and James were referred to CDM to transform their vision into reality. CDM undertook complete design, consenting and build for this project delivery. The brief called for a 6-surgery dental clinic with a welcoming reception, large sterile and ample staff facilities. Aware that a visit to the dentist can be a stressful ordeal, our clients wanted to ensure their patients felt comfortable in the space and left with a positive experience. With a well-planned brief, CDM worked with Dental North to deliver the practice on time and budget.

“Starting a new dental practice from scratch was quite daunting – there was a lot that I did not know about a clinic fitout, but I am so glad that I chose CDM to help from the very beginning. From the design process right through to delivery of the keys; Hayden, Tim & the team were lovely to work with. They were always approachable and great at communicating throughout the process, keeping me at ease during what could have been stressful times. The result is amazing, we have a beautiful clinic that everyone comments on and I love working in. Highly recommend CDM!”
