Mixed use apartment and commercial development in Blockhouse Bay. Carefully designed the main form was split into two blocks to reduce bulk. Each block has its own roof garden that can be accessed by all residents with sweeping views of Auckland and the Manukau Harbour. The ground floor has commercial units fronting onto Donovan Street.
